Biography

Dr. Jin is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in 2019. He served as the Medical Director of Patient First Urgent Care in Chantilly, Virginia. He received the Medical Education Award in 2019 and Resident Award in 2018 from ANACP and won first place in the Poster Presentation Competition at the 4th Annual Resident Research Day in 2018. Dr. Jin is a member of Lifestyle Medicine since 2018 and of the Alliance of North American Chinese Physicians (ANACP) since 2018. Dr. Jin is also a YouTuber (Real Doctor Jin) doing a lot of patient education, most recently on the COVID-19 pandemic.

 Dr. Jin graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where he received an M.D. and Ph.D. in Genetics. Later he completed the Ophthalmology Residency and served as an attending eye doctor at the ZJU Eye Center in China. He volunteered in Tibet to perform free cataract surgeries for the underserved population in 2009.
